Food Pairings: With its vigorous personality it will be easy to serve this wine with seafood and shellfish, you can also choose some goat cheese, some shepherd or fisherman pie or try something a bit more exotic with a curry.
Tasting Notes: On the palate the lively expressive character goes on. The vivacity and freshness are here but always let the rounder more supple identity come forth with lemon, peach and white flesh fruits sabors.
