Flying Brewery started as a micro beer brewery in Sweden. Our passion expanded from beer to Japanese sake over time. We are committed to sharing this passion in Europe and spreading the great tradition of sake and shochu.
We are team of qualified sake sommeliers. With our close connection to producers in Japan, we have excellent knowledge and can offer suggestions to suit your needs.
Sake is brewed with rice, water, rice koji and yeast. It is sensitive to temperatures so we import all our
products in refrigerated containers or by air. Our warehouse is climate-controlled and has a large low temperature storage facility where we keep our more sensitive products.
