Tasting Notes: Koshu is the traditional grape variety of Japan and has been grown for over 1000 years in Yamanashi. This crispy dry white wine is made from the Japanese traditional grape variety "Koshu" 100% , grown in Yamanashi Prefecture where is the motherland of Koshu, using the Sur Lie method, well-aged on the wine lees for 6 months to extract the structure, body and thickness. Characterized by refreshing scent of Japanese green apple, white peach or Yuzu, with moderate acidity.
