Beniotome Goma Shochu KakuShochu
Honkaku Shochu made with sesame seeds.
After second fermentation, roasted sesame seeds are added and infused its flavour for 10 days. Then it goes through distillation process.
It is aged for 3 years before bottling.
By ageing and sesame being more than 20% of ingredients, makes very soft rounded taste.
